Fully enclosed top, side and back panels help protect stored charts from general access while keeping patient information organized and less exposed than with an open-style chart rack. Optional locking front panels can be added for facilities that require additional lock-and-key security for patient records and medical documentation. Choose from 30-, 45- or 60-binder capacity configurations to match your facility’s chart storage needs. Standard configurations accommodate binder spines up to 2.75 inches, with an optional setup for binders up to 3.5 inches wide when greater spine clearance is needed. The welded steel frame provides durable support for demanding healthcare environments. Four-inch rubber casters allow the chart cabinet to move between work areas, while two locking casters help keep the unit securely positioned during use.
