The Omnimed Dual IV Pole Assist Lifter II is designed to provide ergonomic, controlled lifting of large irrigation solution containers during surgical procedures and other demanding clinical applications.
Its dual-column design allows two IV poles to operate independently, giving staff the ability to lower one set of irrigation solutions for replacement while keeping the second set elevated and ready for use. A selector switch determines which pole is activated, helping support continuous workflow during procedures.
Each stainless steel hanger assembly holds two 5,000 cc irrigation containers, providing a total capacity of up to four 5,000 cc containers. Both poles are raised and lowered using convenient foot pedals that control the stand's pneumatic Air-Glide lift system, helping reduce the need for manual overhead lifting.
The stand operates from an internal rechargeable 12V battery, allowing cord-free use during procedures and helping reduce the presence of power cords on the operating-room floor. Each pole adjusts from approximately 5'7" to 9' high from the floor to the top of the hanger.
A heavy-duty cast aluminum base with six non-conductive casters provides stability and smooth mobility, while anodized aluminum poles and stainless steel hanger assemblies are built for demanding healthcare environments.
